Students enrolled certify and attest that they are presently sworn law enforcement officers or active duty of a military branch and authorize Norse to verify this fact. Students further attest and certify that they understand that by taking this course they are not authorized, qualified, or certified to teach the material presented in this course.

Further, students understand that in the event that this course must be canceled, they will be enrolled in the next soonest available course in the same location. They understand that the payor of the cost of this course will not be refunded unless the course has been canceled 3 times.
